POWERHOUSE offers six informative and fun workout plans to improve fitness and performance, designed by world renowned cycling Coach Hunter Allen.
Hunter has coached US Olympians and Tour de France riders, but also everyday riders like us. As a professional coach, he knew we needed to adapt training according to the athlete's feedback and exhaustion, so we programmed AI algorithms into the app to adjust workout intensities to your changing fitness as you progress through each plan. This ensures alignment of your effort and the intended intensity of each workout for maximum results.
Buyers get access to 6 free workouts (the first ride of each plan), a bike computer "Free Ride" and a Fitness Test (FTP) in the apps base version.
Once you have found a workout you like, you can purchase the full training pack for $9.99 via your app store. These plans include anything between 30 and 90 individual workouts. This is a permanent purchase, not a one-time licence, so each workout can be used again and again. Plans for the fitness market are:

It will install on any bike and will work for any cyclist, irrespective of their fitness level. The easy-to-follow PowerScale bar and PowerPointer make power training simple and fun. Each workout is customised both to the plan’s objective and the cyclist’s current personal fitness.
